Our listings represent only a sample of the available home inventory in each region
or destination. Our goal is NOT to be a golf-specific version of Realtor.com, but
simply a place for our agents to showcase their golf homes and 'paint the picture'
of their respective destinations. Once you are connected with the GolfandHome agent
in your desired destination, he or she will educate you -- in fine detail -- on
the myriad golf communities available, where the best public golf can be found,
cultural offerings, diversions, etcÉ everything you would want to know before you
start your search. Then they will work tirelessly with you to help you find the
home of your dreams.
Are all of your homes located in private or gated golf communities?
Absolutely not! We firmly believe that a home does not need to be right on a golf
course, and/or inside the gates, to be considered a 'golf home'. While we do have
a lot of private, gated community properties on our website (and our agents can
show you many more of these), we have also found that a good percentage of our customers
are interested in the flexibility of the public golf options in these great destinations.
Therefore, we consider any home that is located in a true golf destination to be
a 'golf home'.
Why don't I see a certain community profiled on your website?
Just as we are filling out the map on a national level, we are also filling out
each local destination with respect to communities. Similar to our philosophy on
home listings, however, our goal is simply to show you a range of the communities
in a given location, to give you a better feel for the area. If there is a community
that you are interested in that is not profiled on GolfandHome, be sure to let us
know - that way, our agent in that location will be able to prepare for you all
the necessary information about that community, and can arrange to tour properties
in that community with you.
